Nominate a Chicagoan of the Year

Each year since 1994, Chicago  magazine has honored a few people from the city and suburbs who have made Chicago—and even the world—a better place. These are the people whose recent contributions to social services, the arts, business, government, and other endeavors deserve the magazine’s highest recognition.

As we begin the process of selecting our Chicagoans of the Year for 2016, we are eager to hear from you. Use this form to nominate a potential candidate (or email Terry Noland at tnoland@chicagomag.com). Deadline is September 1.
